A key event for members

Each year the Knitting & Crochet Guild holds its Annual Convention and Annual General Meeting (AGM). It is an opportunity to meet up with friends as well as to take part in the governance of the Guild. The event usually takes the format of a residential weekend with some members coming just for one or other day. Apart from the AGM itself there are usually various workshops, events to attend and opportunities to buy from specialist suppliers.

Because the Guild has many members who are experts in the crafts of hand knitting, machine knitting and crochet some workshops they are able and very willing to share these skills with other members.

As a national educational charity the Guild has members spread throughout the United Kingdom as well as some international members. The AGM is held in a different region each year which enables local groups to be well-represented.
